"For my first child’s birth I did not have a doula and deeply regretted that decision. For my second child’s birth I made sure to have a doula and I could not have found a better doula than Grace. From our first phone call I felt a connection with Grace. During our sessions she made me feel heard and supported. She is extremely knowledgeable about birth and as we talked through my birth plan I felt confidence every step of the way. During my labor, Grace was calm, reassuring and advocated on my behalf when the resident physician's suggestions did not align with my wishes. I was able to ultimately have the birth that I wanted.
